Use the navigation buttons (from left to right) to: go to the Gallery, go back to the begining of the show, go back to the previous image, choose any thumbnail, go to the next image, go to the end of the slide show, play or pause (toggle) the slide show and use the full screen option (toggle). The navigation descriptions should show up when you roll over the various choices.
If the show does not fit on your screen try pressing ctrl along with the + or - to enlarge or reduce your view; helpful too, for reading things you can no longer see...
